The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has confirmed the release date for the NEET SS Admit Card 2025. As per the official notice, the hall ticket for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Super Speciality (NEET SS) will be available from 22 December 2025.
Candidates who are scheduled to appear for the exam on 26 and 27 December 2025 will be able to download their admit cards by logging in with their registered username and password. The NEET SS examination will be conducted in multiple shifts across the two days.
Ahead of the admit card release, NBEMS had already issued the advance city intimation slip to help candidates make travel and stay arrangements. Both the city slip and the admit card can be accessed from the official website at @nbe.edu.in.
The admit card is a mandatory document for entry to the examination centre. It contains key information such as the exam date, shift timing, centre address and candidate details. Aspirants must carry a printed copy of the admit card, along with a valid government-issued photo ID and three to five passport-size photographs on the day of the exam. Candidates are advised to check all details carefully to avoid any issues on the examination day.

How to Download NEET SS Admit Card 2025
Step 1: Visit the official NBEMS website @natboard.edu.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for NEET SS Admit Card 2025.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the login page.
Step 4: Enter your username and password in the given fields.
Step 5: Click on the Login / Submit button.
Step 6: The NEET SS admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 7: Check all the details carefully, including your name, exam date and centre.
Step 8: Download the admit card and take a clear printout for exam day use.
NEET SS 2025 Exam Pattern
The NEET SS 2025 exam pattern has been prescribed by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) and will be followed for all candidates appearing for the super speciality entrance test. The examination will be conducted in computer-based mode (CBT) at designated centres across the country.
As per the official structure, the NEET SS question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question will have four answer options, out of which candidates must select the correct one. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours and 30 minutes and no extra time will be provided.
The paper will be speciality-specific, meaning candidates will receive questions related only to their chosen super speciality subject. For every correct answer, four marks will be awarded, while one mark will be deducted for each incorrect response. Unattempted questions will not carry any negative marking.
