IK Gujral University signs an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Universal Business School of Sydney, Australia. This is a first step towards strengthening the skills and educational knowledge of the candidates. The MoU signing ceremony was organised at Punjab Bhawan, in the presence of Jarjot Singh Bains, the Ministry of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Jalandhar, Punjab.

The collaboration between IK Gujral University and Sydney Varsity aims to promote academic exchange, joint research initiatives, and faculty and student mobility. Both universities want to provide the best teaching, learning, and research skills to the global students from diverse backgrounds around the world. Bains said the collaboration between the #no.1 business schools is a remarkable step.

After this process, IK Gujral University and Sydney University will help students in providing significant education in the research and technology area. The Cabinet Minister highlighted that these MoUs open multiple doors of opportunities in research and technical education. Garry Malhotra also emphasized that cross-border collaboration will improve the leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, communication, management, and networking skills among students.

The Ministry for Technical Education said that the partnership will create new and multiple career opportunities. Students can have industry-oriented education and experience in the relevant sector through internships and job opportunities. This step will also strengthen the ties between the Indian and Australian governments as well as the people. It is a step towards the overall universal and global educational journey by India and Australia.
