Bihar Board class 10th Matric Result 2026 was declared on Sunday on the official website of the BSEB Patna: https://results.biharboard.com.in/matric. Around 139 students have secured their seats in the top 10 merit list with an average percentile of 81.79%. The Bihar School Examination Board will award those pupils with cash prizes, laptops and other rewards.

According to the official data, 1st rank holder students will be rewarded with a 2 lakh cash prize, 2nd ranked with 1.5 lakh and 3rd ranked with 1 lakh prize money. 12,35,743 students have cleared the BSEB board exams out of 15, 10,928. Among them, Pushpanjali from Jamui and Sabreen Parveen from Vaishali mutually came first in the Bihar class 10th examination 2026.

They both have scored 492 marks or 98.4% out of 100 in the matric exam. They will be awarded a 2 lakh cash prize. On a state level, the board will reward students with 20,000 cash prize to the 4th to 10th ranked candidates. On top of that, all the best- performing students will be awarded with a laptop, certificate and a medal. Earlier, 82.11 was the highest percentage in the Bihar Board Matric Exam 2025.

What’s Next After Bihar Board Class 10th Result

Students who have cleared Bihar Board Class 10th Result 2026 can take admission to class 11th. Where, they need to select their stream from science, commerce and arts according to their scores, interest or abilities. However, if you are not satisfied with your score in any subject can go for re-evaluation process.

In re-evaluation process, candidates will be given another chance to improve their marks in the desired subject. Also, students who have failed in two or more subjects can apply for compartment exams. That will be organised by the Bihar Board to give students another chance to clear the matric exam.

Besides this, the original marksheet and certificate will be issued by the respective school where students name is registered. Foremost, top-ranked students have to fill in the scholarship form to get the benefits of the financial aid that is provided by the government of Bihar and BSEB to the top ranked sholars.
