Karnataka SSLC Result 2026 Declared: Pass Percentage Rises, Students Face Website Issues

Karnataka SSLC Result 2026

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board has officially announced the SSLC (Class 10) Result 2026 today, April 23, at 12 PM. Lakhs of students who appeared for the examination can now access their scorecards online through the official portals. The results mark a crucial academic milestone for students across Karnataka, determining their eligibility for higher secondary education streams.

According to official updates, over 8 lakh students appeared for the SSLC examinations this year. Soon after the declaration, heavy traffic was reported on result websites, causing temporary slowdowns and access issues for students trying to check their scores.

Pass Percentage Sees Significant Improvement

This year, Karnataka has recorded a notable improvement in overall performance. The pass percentage has reportedly risen to 94.1%, reflecting a strong academic outcome compared to previous years. Education experts attribute this improvement to better preparation strategies, revised evaluation methods, and increased academic support for students.

District-wise performance also showed positive trends, with regions like Yadagiri and Kalaburagi witnessing remarkable improvements in results. This highlights the growing focus on uplifting educational standards in previously underperforming areas.

Multiple Ways to Check SSLC Results

Students can check their results through several official and alternative platforms. The primary websites include karresults.nic.in and kseab.karnataka.gov.in, where students need to enter their registration number and date of birth to access their marksheets.

Due to high server load, authorities have also provided alternative methods to ensure smooth access. Students can check their results through DigiLocker, SMS services, and the KarnatakaOne mobile application. These platforms offer quick and reliable access to scorecards, especially when official websites experience heavy traffic.

Detailed statistics, including subject-wise performance and district-level analysis, are also expected to be shared by the board in the coming days.

Minimum Passing Criteria

To pass the SSLC examination, students must secure at least 35% marks in each subject. Those who fail to meet the minimum criteria will have opportunities to appear for supplementary exams conducted by the board.

Students are advised to carefully review their marksheets and report any discrepancies to their respective schools or board authorities. Additionally, those unsatisfied with their results may apply for re-evaluation or rechecking as per board guidelines.
