Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has announced the dates for the 2026 board exam. CISCE has released the timetable on 13th November 2025 for the Indian Certificate Secondary Education (ICSE) class 10th and Indian School Certificate (ISC) class 12th exams.
The exam will begin from 12th February 2026 for class 12th, and for the ICSE class 10th exam will start from 17th February 2026. This year’s exam will start earlier than last year’s.
ICSE class 10th exam will continue till 30th March 2026. The first exam of class 10 students will be language (English paper-1) on 17th February 2026, followed by Literature in English on 20th February 2026. The complete schedule for ICSE covers a total of 75 subjects, providing students with clear dates for all their exams.
For ISC Class 12th students exam will continue till 6th April 2026. The ISC schedule includes exams for 50 subjects. With the release of the timetable, students can now plan their preparation and revise their syllabus accordingly.
