About CTET
CTET is one of the most important teacher eligibility exams in the country. It is conducted to check if candidates are qualified to become teachers at primary classes 1-5 or upper primary classes of 6th to 8th. Schools under the central government, such as Kendriya Vidyalayas ( KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS), as well as several state schools and private schools, consider CTET scores during recruitment.
With the release of the CTET 2026 notification and information bulletin, CBSE has started the preparation process for the upcoming exam. Candidates planning to appear for CTET are advised to begin their exam preparation early and stay updated with the latest announcements from the board.
