Flame University has released its MBA placements records for the 2023-25 batch, and this year’s results show very good hiring trends. Students from both the MBA and MBA Communication Management programs received strong job offers from well-known companies across different sectors.
According to the report, 85% of MBA students and 79% of MBA Communication Management students got placed during the placement process. The average salary for MBA students is INR 9.46 LPA, while the average salary for MBA Communication Management students is INR 7.83 LPA. The highest salary package offered this year reached INR 15.25 LPA, showing that more companies are trusting FLAME University for skilled management graduates.
