The National Testing Agency will release the JEE Mains session-1 result 2026 by 16th February 2026. Candidates who have appeared for the entrance test can download the scorecard from the official website of NTA https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/. The provisional answer key is available on the website to check and challenge by the end of 4th February 2026 for any wrong answers in the answer key.
NTA conducted the JEE Mains entrance exam for session-1 on 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 28th and 29th January 2026. The paper-1 was held on the first 4 days in 2 shifts from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. The JEE Mains Paper-2 was organised in a single shift from 9 AM to 12:30 PM for the participants. More than 13 Lakh candidates appeared in the exam for various fields like; engineering, architecture and so on.

To check the JEE Mains result 2026, you can follow the given process which is easy-to-do. Here, it is:
- Go to the official website of NTA JEE https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
- Click on the ‘result’ link from the official page.
- Then enter your application number and password to download the scorecard.
- After that, the result will open to check.
- Candidates should save it in hard copy or as a softcopy for future reference.
Earlier, the result was declared to be released on 12th February 2026 according to the official. For now, it is expected to be released on 16th February 2026, on Monday. Students should check the official website from time to time to stay updated or they can follow this page too.
