What is after the SSC CGL Cutoff 2025?
After the declaration of the SSC CGL Tier-1 Cutoff 2025, candidates who have qualified will now move to the next stage of the selection process, which is the Tier-2 examination. The Staff Selection Commission will soon release the Tier-2 exam schedule, along with details related to exam city, admit card and paper-wise structure on its official website.
Qualified candidates are advised to check the category-wise cut-off marks carefully, as these determine eligibility for specific posts such as Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and Statistical Investigator Grade II. In the coming days, SSC will also upload the Tier-1 scorecards, showing subject-wise marks and overall scores, which will help candidates assess their performance.
For posts requiring specific eligibility, such as JSO and Statistical Investigator, candidates will be shortlisted further based on Tier-2 Paper-I and Paper-II performance. The final selection will be based on the combined marks of Tier-1 and Tier-2, followed by document verification conducted by the respective departments.
Candidates are advised to start preparing for the Tier-2 examination immediately, as it carries a higher weightage in the final merit list. Regular updates regarding the Tier-2 admit card, exam date and further selection stages will be available only on the official SSC website.
