Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Board has released the examination datesheet on the official website for class 10th and class 12th for the session 2025-26. As per the notification, UP board exams will start from 18th February 2026 and end on 12th March 2026. According to the UPMSP, a total of 5230297 students have registered for the UP board exams. Out of which 27,50,945 students have registered for high school (12th) and 24,79,352 for Intermediate (10th).
The examination will be held in thousands of centres throughout Uttar Pradesh to ensure a fair and transparent process under the strict management of the board.
Examination Schedule and Timing
As per the timetable released by UPMSP, the class 10th will start from Sunday, 18th February 2026, with general Hindi in the morning session and Hindi in the evening session. Class 12th exams will also begin on the same day with subjects like Military Science, Hindi, and Sociology, depending on the stream. The subject-wise datesheet has been uploaded on the official website of the board.
Exam timing for both classes will remain the same throughout the examination. The morning session will start from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM, while the evening session will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. This two-shift system helps in managing the large number of students appearing for the exam.
